Regular registration closes on 4th September 2026. Late registration runs from 5th–14th September 2026 and attracts an additional late fee:

How to Register

Follow these simple steps to complete your registration for R&IDC 2026.

Visit the Registration Portal

Click the official portal link to open the Oxford Abstracts R&IDC 2026 event page.

Complete the Online Form

Provide your personal details, institutional affiliation, and valid contact information.

Select Your Category

Choose your appropriate delegate type (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Local Delegate, International, or Virtual).

Make Bank Payment

Transfer the registration fee to the official MUBAS Projects Account at National Bank of Malawi.

Confirm & Upload Proof

Upload your bank deposit slip or electronic funds transfer receipt on the registration portal.

Receive Confirmation & QR Code

Once verified, a official confirmation email with your registration QR code will be dispatched to you.

Bank Payment Details

All registration fees must be paid into the official MUBAS Projects Account. After completing your bank transfer or deposit, upload your receipt/proof of payment on the registration portal to finalize verification.

Include your full name and category as payment reference on your transfer.

Ensure proof of payment is legible before uploading to Oxford Abstracts portal.
